All shipments will have a tracking number. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number within 24 hours after your order has shipped.
How Much Is Shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the zip code you provide during the Checkout process. In order to see the actual shipping costs:
1. Add the product to your cart
2. Click on your cart, then click “Proceed to Checkout”
3. Fill in your name, address, city, state and zip code and the shipping costs will populate. You do not have to enter your credit card information at this time.
4. Click the Shipping dropdown menu to see the various shipping options and their cost.
We ship internationally! Add your products to the cart and Proceed to the Checkout to view the shipping costs for International Orders. Please note that additional information may be needed after you place your order, and shipments may be delayed if we do not receive that information from you in a timely manner.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs/duties/taxes. SPS Pros is not responsible for shipments held or delayed due to policies in the destination country. If a shipment is returned for non-payment of duties, taxes or fees, the original shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any duties, taxes, fees paid by SPS Pros on behalf of the customer will be deducted from the refund, along with a 15% restocking fee.
